DECATUR, Ill. – The Alpha Phi Omega fraternity and Long-Vanderburg Scholars Program will host the annual this Friday, May 5, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Oberhelman Center for Leadership Performance in the University Commons.

About the Long-Vanderburg Scholars Program
recognizes high scholastic achievement among underrepresented students with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, leadership and community service.
The L-V Scholars Program is named in honor of ¼ϲʹٷվ's first two African-American graduates, Fred Long and Marian Vanderburg. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years if the student maintains a 3.2/4.0 cumulative GPA and actively participates in the program.
