Offerings
What I teach.
Six ways to work together, all of them open to complete beginners. Sessions run one to one, in small groups, and as workshops for studios and private events.
- 01
Handstands
The centre of the practice. Complete beginners through advanced practitioners.
Kick-up mechanics, shoulder position, hip stacking, finger pressure, safe exits, wall and floor drills. Whether you have never been upside down or you are chasing a cleaner freestanding line, the work starts from where you actually are.
Who it is for Anyone curious about being upside down, at any starting point.
- 02
Private Coaching
One to one, built entirely around your body, your goals and your fears.
Hands-on spotting, technique correction, mobility and strength assessment, and a personalised drill list to take home. The fastest route to progress, and the right choice if fear or a past injury is what has been holding you back.
Who it is for Anyone who wants focused attention and a plan made for them.
- 03
Yoga
Breath, alignment and a practice you can sustain.
Grounded, well-paced classes with real attention to alignment. Suitable if you are brand new to a mat, and still interesting if you are not.
Who it is for All levels, including complete beginners.
- 04
Heated Sculpt
Strength work in a heated room. Demanding, and scalable.
Resistance and bodyweight sculpting designed to build real strength. Every movement has a regression, so you set the intensity rather than the room setting it for you.
Who it is for Anyone wanting to build strength; modifications always offered.
- 05
Mobility
The range of motion that makes everything else possible.
Targeted work on shoulders, thoracic spine, wrists and hips — the joints that quietly decide whether a handstand is available to you. Often the missing piece when a skill has stalled.
Who it is for Anyone feeling restricted, and anyone whose progress has plateaued.
- 06
Workshops
Focused group sessions on a single theme.
Deeper dives with a small group — a skill, a fear, or a specific progression, taught properly with time to practise. Available for groups, studios and private events.
Who it is for Groups, studios and private events.

Questions
Before you book.
I have never done a handstand. Is this for me?
Yes. Complete beginners are the majority of the work. You do not need existing strength, flexibility or any gymnastics background — you need a willingness to start.
I am afraid of being upside down. Can you help with that?
That is one of the most common places to start, and it is treated as part of the training rather than something to push through. You will learn a safe exit before you are asked to commit to going up.
Am I too old to start?
No. Every person can improve their handstand regardless of age, experience, flexibility or strength. The programming changes; the possibility does not.
What do I need to bring?
A mat, water and something you can move in. For handstand work, bare feet or clean trainers both work. Everything else is provided or discussed beforehand.
Do you teach groups and private events?
Yes — private coaching, small groups and workshops are all available, including for studios and private events. Get in touch with what you have in mind.
How do I book?
Send a message through the contact form, email Info@selenafit.com or call 813-459-9101. You will get a reply with availability and what a first session looks like.
Not sure which one?
That is a normal place to start. Describe where you are and what you want, and I will tell you straight what fits.
